I’m passionate about helping people and small businesses succeed in a world that is quickly becoming more challenging to navigate.

As a life coach I help women achieve professional, personal, and relationship goals. I know first hand what it feels like to face layoff’s, politics at work, or find the confidence to be heard. I’ve spent good chunk of my life trying to gain confidence and understand my identity as I navigated through life’s ostacles and people from all walks of life. I believe that once we are whole within ourselves relationships (romantice or otherwise), will be so much eaiser to navigate. Understanding and embracing yourself fully is how you arrive in the peaceful place. Let me guide you there.

I scored 26 years in the IT Profession that includes cybersecurity, project management, cloud computing, website design, and programming. I have helped my small business clients with strategic planning, security controls, and web design.
